Denise Flannery - Modern Matron
Denise leads the nursing team, providing direction, advice and expertise on all matters relating to professional nursing issues. Through this clinical leadership Denise is responsible for effectively managing the nursing workforce to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered and monitored.

Lucy Mooney - Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager Lucy is responsible for the day to day running of the Centre. Lucy’s main priority is to ensure that high quality care is provided to patients at all times, in a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Lucy is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with the Trust and the Centre’s clinicians, ensuring that all services that support Harley Street at Queen’s do so effectively. Lucy is the Centre’s lead on quality, health and safety and service level agreements.

Laura Jane Fleet - Patient Administration Manager
Laura is responsible for all matters relating to patient administration from admission and billing to liaison with medical insurance providers and providing self pay quotations. Laura and her team are dedicated to making each patient’s admission and care as simple as possible. The Patient Administration Team also works very closely with the consultants and clinical team to ensure individual patient’s needs are catered for.

Phuong-Uyen Quach - Senior Oncology Pharmacist
Phuong-Uyen is responsible for providing specialist clinical pharmacy services for patients. She is involved with promoting safe and effective use of medication and chemotherapy, tailoring to the individual’s clinical needs. She also has a role in auditing, monitoring and developing medicines management and risk management strategies within the department.
